An MCP server that lets Claude, Cursor, and other AI assistants inspect redirects, batch check URLs, compare user agents, and export to Google Sheets. No copy-pasting between tools.

What it can do

Quick redirect check. Where does this URL end up?

Full chain with headers, timing, TLS certs, and geo.

How it works

The MCP server runs on your machine and talks to the checkredirects.io API using your API key. Your AI assistant calls the tools, the MCP server makes the API requests, and the results come back in the conversation. No browser needed.

The server is open source, written in Go, and has zero dependencies. It communicates via JSON-RPC over stdio (the standard MCP transport). Source code is on GitHub.

Get an API key

You need a checkredirects.io API key to use the MCP server. Sign up, go to Settings, and create a key. Free plan includes 250 checks per month.
