Export redirect results to Google Sheets
Every inspection and batch check can be exported to Google Sheets with one click. Results append to a single spreadsheet by default, so all your data stays in one place.
How it works
- Connect your Google account in Settings via OAuth. Required scope:
spreadsheets. - Run an inspection or batch. Results appear in the app as usual.
- Click "Export to Sheets" on any result page. The first export creates a default spreadsheet; subsequent exports append to it.
Three export modes
Default
Append to your org's single default spreadsheet. Every export goes to one place -- ideal for tracking over time.
New spreadsheet
Create a separate spreadsheet for this specific batch. Useful for one-off audits you want to share independently.
Specific sheet
Provide an existing spreadsheet ID and we append to it. Use your own pre-formatted sheets or shared team documents.
Built for reliability
- Atomic writes -- each chunk of rows is written in a single API call. If it fails, nothing is partially written.
- Concurrent export protection -- only one export writes to a spreadsheet at a time, preventing row interleaving.
- Idempotency -- exporting the same batch to the same sheet twice returns the existing result instead of duplicating rows.
- Token refresh -- if your Google token expires mid-export, it refreshes automatically and the new token is saved.
- Cell limit awareness -- approaching the 10 million cell limit? We warn you before it becomes a problem.
API access
Everything is available via the REST API:
# Export to default spreadsheet
POST /v1/batch/{id}/export/sheets
# Auto-export on batch creation
POST /v1/batch
{ "urls": [...], "export_to_sheets": true } Auto-export everything
Enable auto-export in your organization's settings and every inspection and batch job appends to your default spreadsheet, whether the check came from the UI or the API.
The toggle lives in Settings > Integrations, next to your Google Sheets connection. Auto-export requires a paid plan.
Google Sheets export is available on all plans, including free. Connect your Google account in Settings > Integrations to get started. Auto-export (exporting everything automatically) requires a paid plan.
Try it
